Non-Refundable Products

All products purchased from shop.incredoc.com, including but not limited to workshops, are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, it is final and cannot be refunded.

Workshop Cancellations

In the rare event that a workshop is cancelled by us, we offer the following options:

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled workshop.
  • Credit: You may choose to receive a credit for the amount paid, which can be applied to future workshops or services offered by INCREDOC.

Refund Process

If a workshop is cancelled by us and you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: You will receive an email notification from us regarding the cancellation of the workshop.
  2. Request Refund: Respond to the notification email or contact us at operations@incredoc.com to request a refund or credit.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days from the date of your request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
